Kim Sonnabend is an experienced mediator and life coach based in the greater Boston area. Since December 2015, Kim has mediated small claim, harassment prevention, and divorce cases through MWI. Concurrently, Kim operates as a life coach with "Coached by Kim," focusing on helping clients achieve financial security and well-being during transitional periods. Previously, from May 2016 to October 2016, Kim served as a money coach at Capital One 360 Cafe, assisting clients in understanding their relationship with money and its influence on decision-making. Kim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Tufts University.

A majority of MWI trainers have served as lecturers and instructors at the Harvard Negotiation Project at Harvard Law School and have practical “real world” experience negotiating with Fortune 500 clients and vendors.
