Richard Pascoe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in philanthropy, photography, and entertainment consulting. As Head of Philanthropy & Culture at United to Change and Inspire (UTCAI), Richard champions equality and drives change across various sectors, including education and the justice system. Concurrently serving as Franchise Business Manager at J's Dance Factory and Project Manager at Media Trust, Richard focuses on empowering young people in the media industry through innovative training courses. With over a decade as an International Fashion, Product & Lifestyle Photographer, Richard possesses extensive expertise in advertising and editorial photography. Previous roles include Entertainment Brand Marketing & Management Consultant at RP Management & Consultancy, International Marketing & Management Consultant for Sony Music Entertainment, and International A&R Manager for Rondor Music International, where significant contributions were made to artist and brand development. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from South Thames College.

Media Trust works in partnership with the media and creative industry to give charities, young people and underrepresented communities a stronger voice. We do this through our skills-based volunteering, communications training and capacity building programmes and connecting leading media and creative professionals with charities and underrepresented communities across the UK. By bridging the gap between the media industry and broader society we aim to contribute to a more responsible, represented and connected media sector and ultimately a more socially cohesive Britain.
