Brigitte LARERE is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the audiovisual and cultural sectors. Currently serving as Directrice juridique at Mediawan since 2020, Brigitte previously held the role of Responsable juridique production audiovisuelle at Groupe AB from 2006 to 2019, focusing on institutional relations and collective management organizations. Prior experiences include serving as a Juriste at the Ministère de la Culture and de la Communication, where involvement in a commission on online distribution led to contributions to the DADVSI law, as well as roles at the Ministère de l'Éducation Nationale, Sacem, and ART 3000. Brigitte holds a Maîtrise in Droit privé - Droit fiscal from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Doctorat in Droit de la propriété intellectuelle from Faculté Jean-Monnet.
