Josiah Harding

Josiah Harding has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Josiah most recently worked at Mediawan as the Chief Accounting Officer, where they joined in March 2020. Prior to that, they were a Consolidation Manager at Mediawan from July 2019 to March 2020.

From 2016 to 2019, Josiah worked at Asmodee SAS as the Consolidation & Accounting Group Manager. Josiah was responsible for managing the consolidation and accounting group during their tenure.

Before joining Asmodee SAS, Josiah worked at Schneider Electric as the Group Consolidation Deputy Manager from March 2015 to May 2016.

Josiah gained extensive experience in consolidation and financial reporting during their time at Clarins Group. Josiah held multiple roles there, including Head of the consolidation department from July 2010 to March 2015, and Consolideur Senior from July 2010 to September 2011.

Josiah also has entrepreneurial experience, as they co-founded My Rent In Paris in July 2009, where they served as a Co-Founder until November 2011.

Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant in Consolidation (outsourcing) and Financial Reporting at BM&A from 2008 to 2010.

Josiah's early career included roles as a Consultant in Consolidation (outsourcing) and Financial Reporting at Atliance from 2005 to 2008, as well as a Financial Controller at Thomson from 2004 to 2005 and Ipsos in 2002.

Josiah Harding's education history begins with their high school education at Stanislas from 1991 to 1999. Josiah then went on to pursue a degree in Finance and Business Analyst at Novancia Business School Paris from 1999 to 2002. Following that, they attended Paris ESLSCA Business School from 2002 to 2004 to obtain a degree in Management, focusing on Accounting and Business Analyst. Lastly, from 2005 to 2006, Josiah pursued their MSc degree at EDHEC Business School, specializing in International GAAP (IAS/IFRS and USGAAP), specifically in the areas of audit and consolidation.
