Brooke McLoughlan is a seasoned risk and compliance professional with extensive experience across leading organizations in the financial and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Technology & Operations Risk and Compliance at Medibank since January 2022, Brooke previously held various leadership roles at AGL Energy, including Manager of Technology Risk & Compliance. With a strong foundation in operational risk management gained during tenures at MLC Life Insurance and National Australia Bank, Brooke has demonstrated expertise in assessing, controlling, and mitigating risks within both banking and insurance contexts. Additionally, Brooke has experience in capability development and technology leadership roles, further solidifying a diverse skill set that combines technical knowledge with strategic risk management. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
