Lucy Pemberton is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Medibank since April 2017, Lucy leads a high-performance team focused on delivering exceptional candidate experiences and business outcomes. Prior to this role, Lucy held positions such as Talent Acquisition Lead at Think Talent Pty Ltd and Talent Acquisition Partner in Business Partner Services, contributing to the engagement of top talent for growing brands. Lucy’s earlier career includes significant roles at Marshall McAdam as a Principal Consultant in Accounting, Finance & Strategy, and various recruitment positions at LINK Recruitment and AACE. A graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Monash University, Lucy also completed education at Genazzano FCJ College.
