Marco Bouman

Marco Bouman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management, business process improvement, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Risk and Management Assurance in the Healthcare & Strategy Division at Medibank since September 2014, Marco has successfully led initiatives aimed at enhancing health outcomes and patient experiences. Prior to this role, Marco was an independent consultant providing advisory and project management services. Additionally, Marco held key positions at FleetPartners, where leadership focused on business development and operational excellence, and at ANZ, overseeing operations and savings investments. Marco's academic background includes a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Twente and a Company Directors Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
