Saurabh Tripathi

Saurabh Tripathi has extensive work experience in customer service and operations roles. Saurabh started their career at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management as an Associate Vice President, where they were responsible for day-to-day branch functioning and delivering excellent customer service. Saurabh then joined MAX BUPA HEALTH INSURANCE as an AVP for Customer Services, before moving on to their current role as the Vice President & Head of Customer Service & Operations at vHealth by Aetna. In their current role, they are responsible for transforming the organization into a primary healthcare provider and improving key customer service parameters.

Saurabh Tripathi has a PG Diploma in Personnel Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Saurabh also holds a B.COM degree from Moti Lal Nehru College. However, no specific start or end years are provided for either of these educational experiences.
