Daniel Schmitgal

Daniel Schmitgal is an experienced professional in emergency medical services and aquatics, currently serving as a CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor at Medical Training Services and as an Emergency Medical Technician at Medic Ambulance since 2016. In addition, Daniel has held the position of Aquatics Specialist with the City of Vacaville since 2013, overseeing lifeguard operations and event management at the Graham Aquatic Center. Daniel previously gained experience in customer service, marketing, and research roles at various organizations, including Fitness Evolution, UCSB Department of Exercise & Sport Studies, The Raben Group, and Jamba Juice. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara.
