Ashok Bansal

Ash is a surgeon by background. He has 14 years experience in owning and operating care, nursing and EMI homes in the South Wales region. From 2004 and 33 beds to a peak of 420 beds and a turnover of £15 mil. During that time he has taken on failing nursing homes and transformed them into fully operational and clinically excellent in quality, award winning and unparalleled reputation with CSSIW. He often advises other care home operators in managing their challenges. His background as a clinician and deep expertise in social care makes him well placed to understand how technology can enable the CQC’s, NHS’s and Department of Health’s vision of joined up care across various settings. He is seed investor in Medic Creations and Chair of the Board.
