Born in Egypt, Muhammad Yusuf has always been driven to help others. After completing their degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, they began their career as a Logistics Supervisor with Agthia Group PJSC. In this role, they were responsible for the management and execution of logistics for all shipments of B2B in local and export markets along with all intercompany shipments. Muhammad quickly became known for their dedication to customer service and their ability to resolve problems efficiently.
In October 2018, Yusuf transitioned to a new role as Key Account Manager with Medic Egypt for Medical Clothes. In this role, they are responsible for managing relationships with key accounts in the Middle East and Africa region. Muhammad works closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that they are receiving the best possible service. Muhammad is also responsible for overseeing the logistics and shipping operations for the company.

Muhammad Yusuf has a Master of Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University, and has completed a TOEFL Academic Course in English Language and Literature, General.
