Rawand Shado

Rawand Shado is currently serving as the Educational Officer at Barts and The London Dental Society (DentSoc) since August 2024, focusing on academic talks and exam practice sessions to support fellow students. Additionally, Rawand has been a Dental Mentor at Medic Mentor since August 2022, providing guidance to dental applicants. Previously, Rawand held the position of President of the Undergraduate Dental Research Society at QMUL and led the Barts and The London Undergraduates Dental Society, where collaboration with staff and organization of events were key responsibilities. Rawand’s tutoring experience spans several roles, including Online Tutor at ZHK-Tuition and Tutor at Explore Learning, along with administrative roles such as Vice President of Online Tutoring Volunteering at Queen Mary University of London. Rawand is in the final stages of a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, with educational grounding from the London Orthodontic Group and the London Academy of Excellence - Stratford.
