Jonathan Velásquez

Jonathan is a Software Engineering Manager from Costa Rica with over 14 years of experience in the Software Development Industry, having worked in commercial and custom systems. He considers himself a people manager with a technical background and a passion for building teams that make fantastic products. Jonathan enjoys working as a facilitator and being a servant leader by coaching, mentoring, and supporting his team and teammates' needs on their journeys, seeking personal and professional growth.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad Fidélitas. Outside of work, he enjoys sharing time with his wife and their two pugs, whether it’s simply taking a walk or going to the forest on an adventure. Jonathan also loves to travel, read and learn about leadership and technical topics, and watch movies.
