Mark Harris

Mark Harris is an experienced project and program management professional with a strong background in implementing complex technological solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Medica, Mark has successfully managed the implementation of web-based services and vendor collaboration. Previously, at HTLF, Mark led the consolidation of online banking applications and oversaw system upgrades, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget. Additional experience includes roles at Optum, Express Scripts, Wells Fargo, Medtronic, and multiple other companies, where Mark has focused on agile methodologies, program governance, and team leadership. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Winona State University.
