Milly Koranteng

Milly Koranteng has extensive work experience in compliance and vendor oversight roles. Milly started their career at The MENTOR Network as an Account Receivable Manager from April 2009 to May 2011. Milly then joined UCare in May 2011 as a Compliance Specialist, eventually becoming a Compliance Manager from March 2015 to January 2016. At UCare, they also served as the Medicare Part D Compliance Officer and Sr. Spec from January 2014 to January 2016. Since January 2016, Milly has been working at Medica, starting as a Manager in Health Management Delegation Compliance. Milly later held several positions, including Director in Health and Provider Service Compliance, Director of Compliance and Vendor Oversight, Senior Director of Compliance and Vendor Oversight, and currently holds the position of Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer since October 2020.

Milly Koranteng is currently attending the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, where they are pursuing a Mini MBA in Business Administration and Management. Prior to their enrollment at the University of St. Thomas, Milly completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Healthcare Financial Management and Long-term Care at Concordia College.
