Mindy Dawson

Mindy Dawson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health services optimization and product management. Currently serving as Manager of Health Services Optimization at Medica since February 2022, Mindy has also held various roles including Program Manager for Care & Utilization Management Optimization and BTO Value Stream Owner overseeing care delivery. Prior to Medica, Mindy worked at Dean Health Plan, Inc. from July 2015 to February 2022, advancing through roles from Business Analyst to Senior Product Owner. Mindy's early career included positions such as Patent and Market Analyst at Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation and several roles at WiSys Technology Foundation, showcasing a strong foundation in both technology and healthcare. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
