Soren Cesar

Soren Cesar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and business development. Currently serving as Director of Strategy & Business Development at Medica since December 2021, Soren previously held the position of Director of Business Development at Dean Health Plan, Inc., where responsibilities included leading strategic growth initiatives and managing project and portfolio roles. Additionally, Soren worked as a Project Manager in Implementation Services at Epic from December 2010 to May 2012. Soren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earned in 2010.
