Prior experience includes roles as Business Development & People Manager at audibene from August 2022 to January 2025, Team Lead and Road Safety Campaigner at Responsible Young Drivers NL between July 2019 and June 2022, and Logistics Coordinator at Logicx - 24-uurs Vervangend Vervoer, Berging en Transport from December 2017 to June 2019. Eelco completed a Bachelor's degree in International Human Resource Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences in 2023 and earned a minor in Train the Trainer from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in 2022.
