Previously, Saikiran held a significant position as the Country Medical Director for Malaysia and Brunei at GSK from June 2011 to October 2016, overseeing a team across various medical affairs disciplines. Early career roles include Head of Medical Affairs for Asia Pacific at Ranbaxy from 1998 to 2011 and a Medical Advisor position at Menarini. Educational credentials include an MSc in Pharmaceutical Medicine from Hibernia College, an MD in Clinical Pharmacology from Christian Medical College, and an MBBS from the University College of Medical Sciences.
