Shannon Watson

Shannon Watson is the Senior Director, Government Affairs & Policy at Medical Alley Association. Prior to joining Medical Alley Association, Shannon was the Vice President of Public Affairs at Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce from October 2017 to May 2022. In this role, Shannon was responsible for all aspects of public policy, political engagements, strategic communications and media relations for the Chamber and its 1700+ active and affiliate member organizations. Shannon was also the Chief lobbyist for the Chamber and provided staff leadership for the SPAC Political Action Committee including budgeting, communication with candidates, and campaign finance reporting.

Before their role at the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, Shannon was the founder of Definitely Someday from June 2015 to December 2020. Shannon has also held positions as Administrative Assistant - U.S. Bank Foundation and Government Relations departments at U.S. Bank from October 2012 to August 2017 and Temporary Marketing & Membership Coordinator at LifeScience Alley from January 2012 to April 2012.

Shannon Watson reports to Roberta Antoine Dressen, President & CEO. Shannon Watson works with Erika Guenther - Project Manager, Frank Jaskulke - VP, Intelligence, and Erin Lundmark - Events Director.
