Samantha Reed, MHA, FACHE, currently serves as the Director of Business Development & Ancillary Services at Medical Associates since January 2024. Previously, from June 2010 to September 2023, Samantha held multiple leadership roles at Memorial Health System in Illinois, including System Administrator for Orthopedics & Neurosciences, Director of Nursing Operations Improvement & Memorial Access, and Lean Six Sigma Project Manager. In these positions, Samantha provided operational leadership for various clinical service lines, overseeing the development and implementation of business, marketing, strategic, and financial plans. Samantha earned a Master of Health Administration in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
