Dr. Kimberly Phipps

Dr. Kimberly Phipps is a highly experienced clinical analyst currently with RELX since August 2024, and serves as an expert reviewer for the Medical Board of California since August 2019. Dr. Phipps also holds positions as a medical consultant for AMFS and Arrowhead Evaluation Services, both starting in July 2021, and has been a hospitalist at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital, a telemedicine provider at GenieMD, and an obstetrician and gynecologist with Ob Hospitalist Group since March 2019, October 2017, respectively. Additionally, Dr. Phipps has been a telehealth provider with Maven Clinic since April 2017 and previously worked with Kaiser Permanente from January 2014 to February 2017 and Sibley Memorial Hospital from July 2008 to August 2013. Dr. Phipps earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Case Western Reserve University, along with an internship at New York University. A Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology was obtained from the University of Michigan.
