Ojiugo Odiaka

Ojiugo Odiaka is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile coaching and team facilitation across various industries. Currently at Medical Center Health System since October 2020, Ojiugo has been instrumental in promoting Scrum principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes a role at Deloitte where task delegation and leading daily Scrum stand-ups were key responsibilities, and at Nestlé, where Ojiugo successfully assessed and enhanced the Agile maturity of teams while collaborating with multiple Scrum teams. Ojiugo holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from American Commercial College-Odessa and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Art from Imo State University.
