Tracey began their career at Navicent Health in 2008, serving in various roles such as Assistant Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, and ultimately Chief Nurse Executive. In 2013, they continued their career at Atrium Health Navicent in the same capacity as Chief Nurse Executive. Throughout their career, Tracey has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills in healthcare organizations.
Tracey Blalock earned a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Georgia College & State University in 2005. Tracey then furthered their education at the same institution, obtaining a dual degree in MSN/MBA with a focus on Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing from 2005 to 2007.
