Alicia Jetzer currently serves as the Clinical Nursing Informatics Program Manager at Southern Illinois Healthcare since September 2017 and has also held the position of Nursing Informatics Program Manager. Concurrently, Alicia has been a Quality Manager and Project Manager at the Medical College of Wisconsin since January 2016, overseeing the SMARTCare program in collaboration with the American College of Cardiology and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, aimed at enhancing care for patients with stable ischemic heart disease. Previously, Alicia worked as a Nursing Informatics Specialist at Froedtert Health from 2014 to September 2017, and prior roles include Rapid Response RN at Froedtert Hospital from 1996 to 2014, and RN positions at St. Francis Memorial Hospital and Clement Manor Nursing Home. Alicia holds a BSN in Nursing from Western Governors University and a Registered Nursing degree from the MSOE School of Nursing, with additional education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
