Dick Katschke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in university relations and public affairs, currently serving as the Chief Historian at the Medical College of Wisconsin since September 1985, where Dick is semi-retired. Katschke previously held the position of Associate Vice President for Public Affairs at the same institution. Prior to this role, Katschke worked as the Director of University Relations at Northeastern Illinois University from 1978 to 1985. Katschke holds a Master of Arts degree in Communications and Performing Arts from Northeastern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with specialized tracks in Public Relations and Industrial Press from Northern Illinois University.
