Eric Tanner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric started their career at Nap.Net as a Network Operation Center Supervisor, where they were responsible for troubleshooting internet access circuits and resolving connectivity issues. Eric then moved on to Level 3 Communications as a Technical Support Supervisor, overseeing a team and handling escalations for a Tier 2 ISP customer base.
