Marissa Hernandez

Marissa Hernandez is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Sr HRIS Consultant at the Medical College of Wisconsin since November 2020, following a role as an HRIS Consultant. Prior experience includes working as an HR Operations Specialist and an HR Operations Intern at Baird from March 2018 to November 2020, where responsibilities encompassed conducting background checks, processing I-9s and fingerprinting, reviewing employment letters, and providing support for benefit and compensation inquiries.
