Cheryl Pilieci possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the People and Culture Business Partner at the Medical Council of Canada since March 2023. Prior roles include Human Resources Business Partner at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, where strategic and operational HR advice was provided to various internal partners. Other notable positions include HR Specialist at Accenture, HR Planning and Policy Consultant for the City of Ottawa, and Human Resources Consultant at the Ministry of Labour (Ontario). Cheryl holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Employment Relations and Sociology from the University of Toronto and a Human Capital Strategist designation from the Human Capital Institute.
