Marcel Legault

Marcel Legault is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in managing teams and optimizing processes across various sectors. Since January 2010, Marcel has served as Operations Manager and Team Leader - Operations at the Medical Council of Canada. Prior roles include Team Leader - ITS Operation at the Bank of Canada, Senior Manager - Customer Operations at Gilmore Global Logistics Services, and Operations Manager at Sun Life Financial and HP. Marcel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Ottawa and another Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in HR from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
