Maxim Morin is currently the Director of Assessment at the Medical Council of Canada. Prior to this role, Maxim held various positions within the assessment department at the same organization. Maxim also worked as a Research Assistant and Lecturer at Université de Montréal, where Maxim taught courses on classroom assessment and quantitative methods. Maxim has a Ph.D. in Sciences de l'éducation, with a specialization in Mesure et évaluation en éducation from Université de Montréal. Additionally, Maxim has completed a course on Rasch Measurement Theory at the University of Western Australia.
