Kimberley Elting

Kimberley Elting currently serves as a Board Member for the Medical Device Manufacturers Association (MDMA) and a Trustee on the USRowing Foundation Board, in addition to being a Member of the Board of Trustees at Foxcroft School. From September 2016 to July 2024, Kimberley held multiple leadership roles at Orthofix, including President of Global Orthopedics and Chief Legal and Development Officer. Prior to that, Kimberley was General Counsel and VP of Corporate Affairs at TriVascular, Inc., and held the same title at St. Jude Medical, focusing on Human Resources and Health Policy for the Neuromodulation Division. Kimberley began a legal career as a Partner at Jones Day from 1996 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago, a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Ithaca College.

MDMA is a national trade association that provides educational and advocacy services to medical technology innovators. For over 25 years, MDMA has served as the eyes and ears for the medical device industry in Washington, DC and beyond. We provide advocacy services on behalf of the industry that promote patient access and innovation. We offer professional development services to member company personnel including conferences and a variety of other educational resources. Our mission is to ensure patients have timely access to safe and effective medical products that improve health outcomes.
