Joe Elkin

Joe Elkin serves as the Safety Risk Manager at MedEx Ambulance Service Inc. since July 2020, overseeing the organization's insurance and risk management program to safeguard its reputation, safety, and financial health. Previously, Joe held roles as an Operations Supervisor CCEMT-P and as a Critical Care Paramedic at Life Link III, where responsibilities included supervising ambulance operations and providing critical patient care. Joe's extensive experience also includes working with the St. Croix County Sheriff's Office in Emergency Support Services, a Deputy Sheriff for Polk County Government, and a Communications Officer for the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. Education was completed at Chippewa Valley Technical College.
