Rose-Marie Yaddow

Rose-Marie Yaddow has extensive experience in human resources. Rose-Marie has served as a Human Resource Director at Medical Facilities of America since March 2021, where they are responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. Prior to that, they worked as an Area Human Resources Manager at SAVA SENIORCARE from July 2018 to March 2021, overseeing multiple facilities and successfully maintaining an agency-free workplace. Rose-Marie also worked as a Branch Manager at Talent Force from July 2017 to July 2018, and as a Recruiter at ResourceMFG from February 2016 to July 2017. From July 2011 to December 2015, they were a Human Resources Manager at SAVA SENIORCARE, managing a large number of employees and achieving significant cost savings in worker's compensation. Rose-Marie began their HR career as a Human Resources Information System Specialist at Advanced Home Care from May 2008 to July 2011, where they were responsible for HRIS reports and data management.

Rose-Marie Yaddow attended Saint Leo University, where they studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Rose-Marie later earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution.
