Brittny Blackwood

Brittny Blackwood currently serves as the Senior Manager of Behavioral Health and Community Programs at Medical Home Network since June 2022, leading initiatives designed to improve mental health outcomes and reduce health inequities. Previously, Brittny held a managerial role focusing on behavioral health initiatives and clinical integration at the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at Howard Brown Health, where program development and advocacy for survivors of sexual violence were key responsibilities, and at NAMI Chicago, where communication and engagement strategies were implemented for mental health outreach. Roles at Resilience and the Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children involved supervising volunteers and advocating for children in the juvenile court system. Brittny holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
