Jaclyn Martin is a seasoned professional in public health and strategy implementation, currently serving as Manager of Strategy & Implementation at Medical Home Network since April 2022. Simultaneously, Jaclyn operates as a Certified Birth Justice Doula, assisting families throughout their perinatal journeys.
