Jaclyn Martin

Jaclyn Martin is a seasoned professional in public health and strategy implementation, currently serving as Manager of Strategy & Implementation at Medical Home Network since April 2022. Simultaneously, Jaclyn operates as a Certified Birth Justice Doula, assisting families throughout their perinatal journeys. Prior to these roles, Jaclyn held the position of Senior Project Manager at the University of Chicago, where involvement included leading initiatives to reduce health disparities through a national program supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Additional experience includes program coordination at the American College of Surgeons, research as a Research Associate at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and volunteer coordination at HAART. Jaclyn holds an MPH from the University of Michigan and dual bachelor's degrees in Public Health and Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
