Sloane Frost

Sloane Frost is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in enterprise operations, strategic initiatives, and clinical integration. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Enterprise Operations and previously as the Associate Director of Strategy & Implementation at Medical Home Network, Sloane has accumulated significant expertise since December 2019. Prior experience includes various roles at Navigant from May 2014 to November 2019, where Sloane contributed as a Managing Consultant focusing on clinical integration and operational models for hospitals and health systems. Earlier career highlights include a Research Analyst position at Mathematica Policy Research, involvement in health policy at Cato Institute, and community service as a corps member at City Year. Sloane holds a Master of Public Policy in Health Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
