Bridget Hamm has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Bridget started their career at RediMed in 1994, where they worked as a part-time Medical Receptionist and later as a Corporate Administrative Assistant. Bridget was then promoted to the role of Medical Account Analyst / Training Coordinator before becoming the Director of Billing, where they managed a billing staff of up to 20 employees. In 2002, Bridget joined Medical Informatics Engineering (MIE) as an Implementation Project Manager, responsible for managing the implementation of the WebChart EHR. Bridget was later promoted to the position of Director of Implementation, overseeing a team of implementers and senior team leaders. In 2016, they joined Medical Informatics Engineering, Inc as the Chief Knowledge Officer, reporting directly to the President and managing the development, deployment, and maintenance of documentation required to support training and demo programs.

Bridget Hamm has a strong educational background in Business Administration and Management. Bridget obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Purdue University between 2019 and 2021, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Purdue University, where they were an Honors recipient. Bridget earned their Bachelor's degree from 1994 to 1999. In addition, Bridget also holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997.
