Krisdyl Valencia has over 8 years of work experience. In 2013, they began their career as an Intern at Perpetual Home Health, LLC. In 2014, they moved to Autumn Oaks Residential Care Facility for the Elderly as an Assistant Administrator, where they provided clinical and administrative support, created schedules, coordinated care plans, trained employees, and revised and updated obsolete systems and procedures. In 2015, they joined Atria Senior Living as a Resident Medication Assistant/Med-Tech. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Mom, designing human life and proactive parenting to a boy toddler. In 2021, Krisdyl joined Hicuity Health as a Clinical Data Specialist, providing direct support to clinical staff in collecting information for clinicians to coordinate treatment strategies and facilitate the remote treatment of tele-ICU patients. Krisdyl currently works as a Clinical Engagement Analyst at Medical Informatics Corp., leveraging client usage data to support development of strategic clinical engagement approach, creating and keeping a repository of clinical use cases/diagrams to present to Board of Directors, and monitoring determined process and quality metrics for overall client utilization to respond and anticipate client needs.

Krisdyl Valencia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi between 2008 and 2014. In 2015, they obtained a Residential Care for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator Certificate from CDSS Community Care Licensing. In 2020, they obtained a Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certificate from the American Heart Association. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Health Sciences - Healthcare Informatics from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and in 2021 they obtained a SharePoint Online Essential Training: The Basics certificate from LinkedIn.
