Jennifer Kirshman has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at MLMIC since 2019, with a dual role as Director of Marketing and Customer Service. Prior to MLMIC, Jennifer held the position of Senior Contact Center Consultant at Swampfox Technologies from 2015 to 2019. From 2010 to 2015, Jennifer was the Director of Customer Service, Quality, and WFM at MVP Health Care. Earlier in the career, Jennifer worked as the Senior Manager of Customer Care, Quality & Training at SXC Health Solutions from 2002 to 2010 and served as Call Center Manager at ReserveAmerica from 1999 to 2002.
