Michael Dadian

Michael Dadian has an extensive work history spanning several companies and roles. Michael began their career at Westinghouse Electric Company in 1989 as a Service Engineer and eventually became the Acting Manager of Engineering Service Operations. In 1997, they joined ABB as a Team Leader for Engineering Service before moving to Eaton Corporation in 1998. At Eaton, they held various roles including Team Leader, District Operations Center Manager, and Supply Chain Manager.

In 2005, Dadian briefly worked as a Sourcing Consultant for Kimberly-Clark before returning to Eaton Corporation as the Integration Supply Chain Manager. Michael then transitioned to MMT in 2022 as the Vice President of Business Systems. Prior to this, they held leadership positions at HZO as the Executive Vice President of Engineering, Technology, and Operations, and as the Executive Vice President of Operations.

Additionally, Dadian had stints at NN, Inc. as the Vice President of Business Excellence and Director of Global Supply Chain, and at JLG Industries as the Senior Director of Global Procurement and Supply Chain. Michael'sexpertise lies in operations management, supply chain, and engineering.
