Karena Endrizzi

Karena Endrizzi has extensive work experience in the field of merchandise planning and inventory management. Karena currently holds the position of Director, Reporting and Analytics at Medical Marijuana, Inc. Prior to this, they worked for PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. as the Director of Merchandise Planning and Inventory, overseeing inbound purchasing, outbound flow, and supply chain cost reduction projects. Karena also served as the Project Lead for the implementation and modification of the Oracle RMS replenishment system. Before PETCO, they held the role of Merchandise Planning Manager at Charlotte Russe, where they managed merchandise financial planning and collaborated with various departments to drive business initiatives. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Merchandise Planner at Factory 2 U, responsible for developing financial plans, forecasting sales and inventory, and implementing assortment build-out processes.

Karena Endrizzi studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Arizona.
