Annette Terrien Hill

Annette Terrien Hill has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Annette is currently serving as the RNI Chief Operating Officer at Medical Mutual since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Kemper Health starting from June 2021.

In 2020, Annette worked at Unum as the Head of Transformation from June to June 2021. Before that, they held various roles at Colonial Life, including Vice President of Claims and Contact Center from December 2019 to June 2020, and Assistant Vice President from April 2013 to December 2019.

Annette's earlier experience includes working at Medical Mutual as the Director of Specialty TPA Operations from January 2011 to April 2013, and as a Business Systems Specialist from September 2008 to January 2011. Annette also served as the Director of Operations at Carolina Care Plan from March 2000 to January 2008.

Annette Terrien Hill earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where they attended from 1988 to 1994.
