Christopher Rogers

Christopher Rogers has extensive experience in customer service and account management within the insurance and banking industries. Since July 2009, Christopher Rogers has served at Medical Mutual, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Underwriting Manager, focusing on account retention for commercial groups. Christopher Rogers played a pivotal role in servicing the Ohio High Risk Program under Health Insurance Reform and participated in a Pilot Program to enhance service availability. Prior to this, from 2003 to 2009, Christopher Rogers excelled at Fifth Third Bank as Customer Service Manager, where development of staff led to significant improvements in customer satisfaction and retention, alongside oversight of operations and compliance. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The University of Toledo and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Miami University.
