Crystal Farmer is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in systems development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Systems Development & Maintenance at Medical Mutual since April 2008, Crystal has successfully overseen multiple IT projects, including the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and the management of the Electronic Data Interchange team, ensuring the secure handling of HIPAA transactions.
