Debbie Phillips

Debbie Phillips, PMP, is a retired project manager with extensive experience in the field of information systems and project management. Debbie served as a Project Manager at Medical Mutual from January 2001 until January 2015, following roles as Systems Development Coordinator and Business Solutions Provider 4 within the same organization. Prior to that, Debbie was the IS Manager at Self-Funded Plans, Inc. from August 1987 to July 2000. Debbie holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in 2003, and an Associate Degree in Business with an emphasis in Data Processing, Information Systems, and Accounting from Lakeland Community College, completed in 1987. Early education includes attendance at Mentor High School and North High/St. Justin Martyr.
