Jason Richardson

Jason Richardson is an experienced design and user experience professional currently serving as Design Manager at UrbanCode Products since September 2019. Additionally, Jason has been a Writer and Producer at 1974, working on the web series "5 Feet," and has been a User Experience Lead at Medical Mutual of Ohio since December 2010, focusing on optimal user experiences for various stakeholders. Previous roles include User Experience Manager and Member Applications Development Team Manager at Medical Mutual, User Experience Designer at Westfield Group, and User Experience specialist at Ernst & Young, where Jason developed usability tests and managed product development projects. Jason’s career also includes project management and production roles at Charter One and DigitalDay. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Information Architecture and Knowledge Management from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Theory and Music History from Hiram College.
