John Bradshaw has over 15 years of experience in workforce management within the contact center industry. Currently serving as Manager of Contact Center Workforce Strategy at Medical Mutual since April 2012, John is responsible for long-term forecasting and skill optimization to enhance service responsiveness and resource utilization. Prior roles include Workforce Management Specialist at Time Warner Cable, where John made forecasting recommendations for the Midwest region, and Call Center Planning Analyst at Wells Fargo, managing intraday performance and scheduling. Additional experience includes roles at Progressive Insurance as a Scheduler. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kent State University.
