Nick Kompare

Nick Kompare has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Nick is currently working at Medical Mutual as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Chief Product Officer, where they are responsible for developing enterprise-wide strategies and improving product performance. Prior to this, they worked at Excellus BCBS, where they held the positions of SVP of Corporate Strategy and Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Strategic Planning, Director of Competitive Intelligence and Strategy Administration, and Director of Strategic Marketing and Innovation. Nick also has experience at CareFirst as a Manager of Competitive Intelligence and at Medstar as a Strategic Planning Manager.

Nick Kompare earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business from SUNY Geneseo, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Following this, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, attending from 1990 to 1993.
