Irene Bombín Val

Irene Bombín Val has extensive experience in human resources management, currently overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes at both Medical Óptica Audición and MEDOP since January 2016. Previously, from October 2006 to December 2015, Irene served as a Human Resources Technician at Grupo Correos, focusing on selection and development across various regions and subsidiaries. Irene's career began with a role at Grupo Santander as a Human Resources Technician in mid-2006 and includes a brief position as a psychologist at the Centro Penitenciario de Valladolid in 2005. Irene holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Salamanca and has additional qualifications in executive coaching and occupational risk prevention.
